Time for me to go back on diet and try to take off some of the pounds that have crept back on since the holiday season came through. It’s not too bad, I’m at about 173 or so when my ideal is around 160. But, that means going back on Atkin’s diet again. I started that (sorta) today. One of the requirements for the diet is no caffiene. I tried to go without it entirely this morning. I took a mid-morning 3 hour nap as a result. So, I just now made me a latte with a shot of regular espresso and 3 shots decaf espresso. Maybe that one shot will help me stay away long enough to mow the yard ;-)
